Information We Collect

SIPP collects information that helps us provide secure account access, process purchases, support compliant fulfillment, operate rewards, improve the application, and communicate with users. The categories below describe the information we may collect depending on how you use SIPP.

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect identifiers and profile details such as your name, email address, authentication details, account preferences, order history, favorites, rewards activity, and support communications.

Identity Verification

SIPP facilitates purchases of age-restricted products. Identity verification is performed only when required for age-restricted purchases or related compliance needs. Verification may involve a government-issued ID, selfie or liveness checks, verification status, provider reference IDs, and compliance audit metadata.

SIPP uses identity verification results to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or venue requirements. We aim to retain only the verification information reasonably necessary for compliance, security, support, and legal obligations.

Location Information

SIPP may collect or process device location information solely to determine whether a user is within an authorized ordering zone. Location checks help confirm that orders are initiated or completed only where ordering is permitted by law, venue rules, and SIPP configuration.

If you do not allow location access, certain ordering features may be unavailable because SIPP may be unable to confirm your presence in an authorized ordering area.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor. SIPP may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, order details, refunds, and limited billing-related information. SIPP does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers.

Rewards Program

If you participate in SIPP rewards, we may collect and maintain rewards balances, redemptions, eligibility, purchase activity, promotions, and other information needed to administer the program and prevent abuse.

Cookies & Analytics

SIPP may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, log data, and analytics tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure application performance, understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service from fraud or abuse.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate SIPP; create and secure accounts; verify age and identity when required; determine authorized ordering zones; process payments; generate, validate, and expire purchase codes; manage inventory and machine fulfillment; administer rewards; provide support; improve reliability and user experience; detect fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

SIPP relies on trusted service providers to operate core features. Supabase may provide authentication, database, storage, and backend services. Stripe processes payments and related transaction services. ID Analyzer may perform identity and age-verification checks when required for age-restricted purchases.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve SIPP or comply with applicable obligations.

Age Restrictions

SIPP is not intended for children. Users must meet the legal age requirements applicable to the products, jurisdiction, venue, and transaction. For alcohol or other age-restricted purchases, users must be at least 21 years old where required by law.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request, and some information may be retained where required for legal, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
