SIPP legal

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Eligibility

You may use SIPP only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and applicable law. For alcohol or other age-restricted products, you must be at least 21 years old where applicable and legally eligible to purchase, receive, and consume the product in the relevant jurisdiction and venue.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify SIPP if you believe your account has been compromised.

Identity Verification

SIPP may require identity and age verification before allowing checkout or dispensing of age-restricted products. Verification may be performed by a third-party provider and may be denied if information is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, fraudulent, or otherwise insufficient for compliance.

Geofenced Ordering

Orders may only be completed while physically within authorized ordering areas. SIPP may use location checks and venue or machine configuration to determine whether ordering is permitted. If SIPP cannot confirm that you are within an authorized ordering zone, checkout or dispensing may be blocked.

Product Availability

Products, sizes, quantities, and machine inventory are subject to availability and may change without notice. SIPP may cancel, reject, or adjust an order if inventory, machine status, venue rules, legal restrictions, or verification requirements are not satisfied.

Pricing

Prices, taxes, fees, promotions, discounts, and rewards values may vary by venue, machine, product, time, and configuration. The price shown at checkout is subject to correction for technical, typographical, inventory, or compliance errors.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment processor's terms. Successfully completing payment creates a direct-dispense request for the selected machine. Payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee successful physical dispense if unforeseen machine, inventory, connectivity, compliance, safety, or venue issues occur.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is reviewed based on order status, machine fulfillment records, reconciliation results, venue policies, applicable law, and fraud-prevention requirements. If a machine cannot dispense an eligible paid purchase, or if the hardware outcome remains unresolved, contact support for fulfillment assistance or refund review.

Direct Dispense

The QR displayed on or by a machine starts the shopping session for that selected machine only. It is not a purchased product credential and is not a code that must be scanned again after checkout to receive product.

After payment, SIPP sends a direct-dispense request to the selected machine for the items in the paid order. Please remain near that machine until the status page reports completion, failure, or reconciliation, and until any physical dispensing has completed.

Hardware outcomes may be delayed, fail, or require reconciliation. Unresolved outcomes may require support review or refund review before SIPP can determine the next available step.

Historical QR-based orders remain governed by the terms and fulfillment process applicable when those orders were purchased.

Machine Availability

Self-serve machines may be unavailable, offline, out of stock, under maintenance, or unable to dispense due to mechanical, connectivity, compliance, safety, or venue issues. SIPP is not responsible for delays or unavailability caused by machine conditions, venue operations, network issues, or events outside its reasonable control.

Rewards Program

SIPP rewards, credits, promotions, or loyalty benefits are optional and may be modified, suspended, expired, limited, or terminated at any time as permitted by law. Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional terms, eligibility rules, and fraud-prevention limits.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SIPP to violate law, bypass age or identity verification, falsify location, interfere with machines, abuse promotions or rewards, scrape or reverse engineer the service, compromise security, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful Exquisite American Magic, LLC and its affiliates, providers, operators, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, unavailable machines, or unauthorized account activity. SIPP is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except as otherwise required by law.

Changes to the Service

SIPP may change, suspend, or discontinue features, venues, machines, products, rewards, verification requirements, pricing, or ordering zones at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of SIPP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Beautiful Exquisite American Magic, LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection or alcohol-control laws require otherwise.
